Group Stage
In the group stage, there will be two groups with 4 teams each.

1. The no. of points that is going to be awarded for a win = 2
2. The no. of points that is going to be awarded for a defeat = 0
3. The no. of points that is going to be awarded to each side in case of a tie = 1
4. The no. of points that is going to be awarded to each side in case of no result = 1
5. The position of a side in the points table of each group will be determined by the no. of points that it acquires.
6. In case the two sides in a particular group finish with equal no. of points, then the side which has won more matches will be positioned higher.
7. In case the two sides have the same no. of points and they have won the same no. of matches, the side which has a better net run rate will be positioned higher.
8. If the net run rates of the two sides are equal as well, then the outcome of the match between the two sides will come into picture. The winner of that match will be positioned higher.
9. In case that match between those two sides had been tied or had had no result, then the two sides will be separated by some kind of a lottery.
10. The sides which finish first in each group will qualify for the Super 10 round.
11. In case all the 6 matches of a particular group have no result, then the side with the highest seed in that group will qualify for the Super 10 round.

Super 10 Round
In the Super 10 round, there will again be two groups with 5 teams each.

1. The no. of points that a side will get for a win = 2
2. The no. of points that a side will get for a defeat = 0
3. The no. of points that each side will get in case of a tie = 1
4. The no. of points that each side will get in case the match is over without any clear result = 1
5. The side having more points will be positioned higher.
6. If the point’s tally of the two sides in a certain group is equal, then the side with more victories will be positioned higher.
7. If the no. of points and the no. of victories, both are same, then it’s the net run rate which will separate the two sides. The one having the better run rate will be positioned higher.
8. If the net run rates of the two sides are same too, then the result of the game between the two sides will be seen. The one which has that result in its favour will be positioned higher.
9. In case that head to head match between those two sides hadn’t had a winner or a loser because of some reason, then to separate the two sides, lottery will be used.
10. The sides which finish first and second in each group will qualify for the semi finals.

Semi Final Round
1. If either of the two semi finals is a tie then, the winner will be determined by a 1-over eliminator.
2. If either of the two semi finals ends with no result, then, the side which has won more matches till that stage of the tournament will qualify for the final.
3. If both the sides have won the same no. of matches till that stage of the tournament, then the net run rate of the two sides in all the earlier games will be calculated and the one which has better run rate than the other will qualify for the final.
4. In case the net run rates of the two sides are equal as well, then, lottery will be used to determine which side will qualify for the final.

Final
